So I accidentally on purpose threw out the water pan for my propane smoker earlier this year. I left it in the smoker without cleaning it properly and it caused some dry heaves and near puking incidents every time I opened the smoker to get it out.

So I quickly threw that pan on top of the trashcan and forgot about it. Long story short, I’m missing a water pan.

So I ordered a replacement on Monday and to get my shipping costs down, I had to order something else from Amazon.com.

I’m pretty excited about these things, but it’s all about the toys when it comes to firin’ up the Q. I am planning on doing a long smoke Sunday night and fully intend to use these bad boys!
