Firin’ up the Q

As the smoke wafts up out of every nook and cranny of the vertical smoker, the anticipation mounts. Dogs and humans alike circle the pit hoping to be the first to get a bite of the heavenly prize waiting inside.

Smoking meat is an art with a side of science. It is a blend of age-old traditions and modern gadgets used together in hopes of hearing, “That’s the best BBQ I’ve ever had!”
